So many of my favourite moments have been spent outdoors in the glorious countryside.  Walking with the dogs, at a shoot with friends and family...  I enjoy a traditional rural lifestyle and I also love fashion, so it's always been important to me to look stylish and elegant whilst out in the field.

A few years ago, I began to wear tweed culottes whilst out shooting and each time I wore them, I received so many compliments from other women (actually, a few men commented too!) that I knew I was onto something.  Other women felt like I did, and wished that a more flattering choice of country clothing was available.

And then you know how it is, having one pair of delicious culottes was lovely, but I fancied another pair!  As I searched and searched in vain for the perfect addition to my wardrobe, I realised there was a real need for clothes and accessories that were well-made, practical and comfortable but also a delight to wear.  Pieces which would translate from country to town, which were contemporary whilst also acknowledging our traditional heritage.

Miller & Drake grew out of the search for the missing piece.  My collection reflects my passion for design that is stylish, elegant and feminine, in pieces that are practical, yes, but always beautiful.  I'm so excited to share it with you.
